01. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your favourite saree, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and complete your order using the available payment option.

02. What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy on eligible products. The return request must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange page for complete details.

03. Are Madhuram sarees ready to wear?

Our sarees are supplied in their standard saree format. The blouse piece, where included with the product, is generally provided unstitched so it can be customized to your preferred fit.

04. Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We currently offer delivery across India. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

05. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, available tracking details will be shared with you through your registered contact information. You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment.

06. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging if requested by our support team.

07. Can I exchange my saree?

Exchange requests can be raised within 15 days of delivery, subject to product condition and availability. The product must meet our return and exchange eligibility requirements.

08. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.

09. Will the colour of the saree look exactly like the image?

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography and individual screen settings.

10. How should I care for my saree?

For best results, follow the care instructions provided with your product. Dry cleaning is recommended for delicate and embellished sarees. Keep the saree away from moisture and direct sunlight during storage.
